# BorgPad Private LBP

Private LBPs function similarly to Public LBPs from a technical standpoint. The key difference is that we won’t publicly announce these opportunities. Instead, they will be offered exclusively to a private community of $BORG token holders. The goal here is to fast-track tokens that are looking to list on the SwissBorg app.

This approach allows us to extend opportunities to token holders rather than capturing them internally. It’s also a much quicker process, which will accelerate the number of $Token/$BORG pairs listed on-chain.

Private LBP will be both dealing with tokens that haven’t TGE yet or Token with an existing market but that want to Bridge to Solana.
