Our approach only works with founders who are committed to long-term thinking, obsessed with creative problem-solving, and most importantly, unafraid to challenge the status quo. In short, you need to be a leader who is crystal clear about your objectives.
Unfortunately, we’re seeing fewer true founders today. Instead, we encounter entrepreneurs—those with limited vision and conviction—who believe that merely aggregating services from different parts of the ecosystem will lead to success. Others rely on information asymmetry and short-term FOMO tactics. This approach can only deliver fleeting gains.
There’s no pre-destined path to success, and many have forgotten that. While the future is uncertain, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t approach it with creativity and playfulness as we tackle our greatest challenges.
When considering a partnership with BorgPad, the most crucial question to ask yourself is: “Are we 100% committed to making our TGE the top priority for the next few months?” This is the pivotal decision point. Once we’re aligned on this, it’s no longer about negotiation but about collaboration. Building a successful TGE isn’t a negotiation—it’s a battle we fight side by side.
Don’t fall into the trap of mid-curve thinking when making this decision. As founders, you’re expected to make tough choices, often going beyond conventional wisdom to deliver maximum value. At this stage, VCs and institutions should recognise the importance of avoiding short-sighted strategies in favour of maximising the TGE’s potential for massive success. The community always rewards those who are bold and brave.
Whatever path you chose, we wish you all the best.
